Going to a new place for the first time can be challenging, and even awkward… we hope this helps!

Join us for one of our Sunday morning worship services at 8:00 am and 10:45 am. Feel free to come a few minutes early to find your way. We always have people waiting to greet you and even help you find where you’re going. If you’re not sure, just ask!

What About My Children?

We offer childcare for children in The Park (Birth - Kindergarten) as well as Children's Church for older kids during the worship service. The Park and Kidville are located in our Children's Ministry Building just down from our church offices. 

Wondering What to Wear?

On a typical Sunday morning we are fairly casual though it's not uncommon to see our  members dressed in slacks or jeans or even dresses. You might even find a sharp dressed guy in a suit ... though maybe not in the middle of August because it's just too hot. Please feel free to dress in the way you feel most comfortable.

What Happens on Sunday Mornings?

At Second Baptist, we meet for Bible Study Groups at 9:30 am. We have classes for birth to adults of all ages and stages in life.  Learn more about our ministries.

Our Sunday morning services meet at 8 am and 10:45 am in the Worship Center. These services, which are almost identical, typically last about an hour and include worship through music, prayer and preaching. 

What About Wednesdays?

On Wednesdays, we meet for our MidWeek worship at 11:30 am. This meeting, which lasts about an hour, includes singing hymns and a Bible study. It's a great time of fellowship. MidWeek lunch is $5 per person. Sign up on the Events page.
