FALL REGISTRATION IS OPEN
Registration is open for this year and we have a wait list available.
We passionately love Jesus, fiercely love the Gospel, and wholly love your children! We want to serve families in our community by offering them a small break each week to take care of themselves, run errands, or just rest! While you're doing your thing, our thing is to teach the love of Christ through our service to you and your children and impart of a love of learning with lots of play!
To properly manage our staff needs and classroom size, we use an application model rather than opening self-registration.
Programs and classes are NOT official
until our numbers have been met.
Click the link below to indicate your interest in our program(s). We use a school management program called brightwheel. You'll be prompted to create an account with them to fill out your information. Once you've filled out this form, we review it personally to see how we can best serve you. We will also keep you apprised of the status of your requested class and/or program.
Filling out any interest or application forms does NOT create any contract between you and MDO @thepark. When we receive your information, we will contact you concerning your application status. If you have questions, you can always email us!
Whole child learning prioritizes the developmental needs of our children and honors the humanity of both our teachers and students. We prioritize play in our classrooms and encourage exploration of all kinds because we believe children who can explore are children who grow to love learning.
Spiritual: Our devotion to Jesus is primary! Children begin forming their ideas about God as early as 5 years old, and we support families in training them in the way they should go.
Social-Emotional: Learning how to regulate our bodies and deal with our new, big emotions is an important part of development, and we seek to support our families in nurturing these skills.
Physical: Using our bodies glorifies God! We will learn ways to express ourselves, respond to body language, refine the motor skills we've picked up, and learn about caring for ourselves.
Cognitive: Early literacy and language, STEM, the humanities do not take a backseat! We are committed to introducing and developing these traditional areas of education.
If you love children and are passionate about them meeting Jesus as well as their development, we can use your talents! We are always in need of an extra hand (or pair of arms) to help during our day.
Our program meets Monday and Wednesday from 9:30am to 2:30pm.
If you are able to help in our daily operations (in the classroom or in a support role) but can't commit to working regularly, we'd love to chat! We'll find a place for you to serve our families with your talents. (There are some great perks to volunteering as well -- inquire below!)
TEACHERS & SUBS
We have immediate openings for part-time teachers for the regular school year and/or our summer program. We also need substitutes who can be available on relatively short notice for teacher absences.
