Please be in prayer for Second Baptist’s Disaster Relief Team members who are traveling to Minot, ND. Pray for their safety and that God would be glorified as they serve the many who have been displaced there due to flooding.
Healing
Please pray for Charles and Pat Evans. Charles had knee replacement surgery on Friday. The surgery went fine, but he experienced some complications on Saturday. At this time, we don’t know all the details, but please pray for them and their family and the doctors!

Comfort
Please pray for Mickey and Allison Schuetzle. Allison was three weeks to delivery and had some complications. Their precious baby girl is now in the arms of Jesus. “But we speak of the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory.” God ordained this very day for these two special people. We can’t understand or comprehend the mysteries of God, but one thing we do know is that God walks with us through these difficult situations. May the God of all comfort, comfort them today and in the days to come. Please pray for Mickey and Allison and their daughter, Mckenzie.
Comfort
Please pray for comfort for Jason and Janell Montgomery and all of Jason’s family. Jason’s grandfather passed away this morning (June 23). Jason and Janell have been visiting our church.

Friend’s son has bone cancer
A friend of mine in Texas recently learned that his 18 year old son has bone cancer. They did chemo and his son tolerated that well enough to walk in his graduation ceremonies. My friend is trying to get his son into M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Pray for this young man and his family.
